I started researching the topic, and I’ve learned that what I was referring to is called a Marketing Funnel. As far as I can tell, it’s a variation of Sales Funnel:
- Awareness: This is the stage where you define the topic of focus. It’s about making potential customers aware of your products or services. This can involve content marketing, advertisements, social media posts, or any form of outreach that introduces your brand or offerings to a new audience.
- Engagement or Interest: Here, you engage with your audience through various activities to gain attention and interest. This could include blogs, email newsletters, webinars, social media interactions, and more. The goal is to engage potential customers and make them interested in what you have to offer.
- Conversion or Call To Action (CTA): This is the final stage where you ‘drag’ or guide users towards a Call To Action. This could be making a purchase, signing up for a service, subscribing to a newsletter, or any action that converts them from potential customers to actual customers or subscribers.
